Admission Pass Donation Procedure
It is the policy of AzMNH to support, whenever possible, the fundraising efforts of other Arizona non-profit organizations with the donation of complimentary passes for their fundraisers and auctions. Unfortunately, because the museum receives so many requests each year, it is impossible for us to donate to every organization that applies for support.
Requests will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to one-time per year per organization. Please use the following procedure:
- Requests must be received by AzMNH at least 2 months prior to the date the organization needs to receive the passes.
- Submit requests on organization letterhead with event information, date and a brief summary how donations will benefit the organization.
- Include the tax ID # of the non-profit organization
- Make sure to include a mailing address, name of contact person and email
Requests may be mailed to AzMNH, 53 N. Macdonald, Mesa, AZ 85201, or sent as an e-mail attachment to AzMNH.firstname.lastname@example.org with “Donation Request” as the subject.
