Here's what's happening at the AzMNH!

Free the Dinosaur Celebration!

You are invited!

Join us 11 A.M on May 1st for the unveiling of the latest addition to the Arizona Museum of Natural History. A life size sculpture of a dinosaur will appear to break out of the wall of the museum. The creature is Acrocanthosaurus, a 38-foot long hunter who lived 110 million years ago and was most certainly the apex predator on the landscape.

This free outdoors event will feature live animals with radical reptiles, Jurassic Park Jeeps, Dino Crew Entertainment, and refreshments.

(Please note if you wish to visit our museum after the event, normal admission rates apply. Thanks)

Mayor John Giles, Councilmember Chris Glover, City Manager Chris Brady and AzMNH's Director Tom Wilson will speak at the event and participate in the unveiling. See you there!
