Paleo Bootcamp - Describing and Interpreting

  • Introduction: Paleo Bootcamp is a 2-day crash course on the basics of paleontology designed for youths 11-14 years old.

Paleo Bootcamp, July 7th, Discovery and Understanding will focus on covering the processes and challenges of finding fossils and what can be learned about them. It's perfect for aspiring paleontologists and dinosaur experts. We cover specialized topics and skills vital to paleontologists.

Paleo Bootcamp, July 21st, Describing and Interpreting will focus on learning how paleontologists determine what ancient creatures looked like, and how comparisons between modern and extinct animals can be used to help interpret relationships and behaviors.

**Separate registration is required for each Paleo Bootcamp. Pre registration is required and refunds are not available.**

Fee: $20 per class or $15 for Members (Basic & up)
